Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase (or 7 days following receipt of your package), we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

You have 48 hours to cancel your order, should the delivery time no longer suit you, provided your order has not yet been dispatched.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as a photo of the defective item.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
Any item received after the cancellation period (14 days from purchase or 7 days from delivery) will be returned to the customer at their expense.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

For any retraction request, transaction fees may be retained by the payment processor, of the order of 2% for Stripe and 3% for PayPal. These are payable by the customer.
In the event of an item being returned due to customer error, the sum of 25 USD (maximum) in fixed charges covering the handling of the item by the logistician (excluding shipping costs) will be deducted from the refund.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at store@peelagreen.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable but exchangeable for another product of the same value, in case the product received arrived damaged or does not correspond to the customer's order.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged on delivery. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to store@peelagreen.com and send us your item to the SAV at : EG Prestations (PeelaGreen), 27 rue du petit Montmarin, Espace de la Motte, 70000 Vesoul, France.
* After inspection, if the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new one at our expense.
* If the device is found to be in conformity, and we solve your problem internally, then we will return the item to your delivery address, at your expense.
* Personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded, as they are no longer saleable. It is the customer's responsibility to evaluate the product's characteristics (size, dimensions, color) and to indicate the correct personalization information when purchasing on the site. In case of doubt, the customer can contact the after-sales service at store@peelagreen.com before placing the order. However, in the event of a problem with the item, PeelaGreen agrees to reship an item of the same value to the customer, at a discounted price, who will, however, have to pay for the item's delivery and production costs.

Items returned to sender
In the event of return of the parcel to the sender's warehouse (non-receipt of the parcel), due to an error in the delivery address by the recipient or due to the impossibility of delivery by La Poste, we agree to reship the same item or to exchange it for a credit note of the same value in our store. However, delivery charges remain payable by the beneficiary.

Lost or misdirected parcels
In the event of loss of the parcel by the carrier, following a delivery error by the delivery company (USPS, FeDex, UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS, etc.), PeelaGreen, as sender, undertakes to file the claim with the carrier concerned and to accompany the customer in asserting his interests with the sender, but cannot under any circumstances be held responsible.

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.

Shipping
To return a new product in good condition, you must send it by post to : EG Prestations (PeelaGreen), 27 rue du petit Montmarin, Espace de la Motte, 70000 Vesoul, France.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than 50 USD, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.


Changes to refund policy
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify or replace any part of this refund policy by posting updates and changes on our site, based on the addition of new products and the specifics of each. It is your responsibility to visit our site regularly to check for changes. Your continued use of or access to our site following the posting of any changes to this refund policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
